The iLugger cases have a 90-Day warranty which does not cover accidental damage and / or normal wear and tear as determined by These claims of damages must be reported within 24 hours to be considered valid. Warranty does not cover damage of products that are not associated with iLugger. For example, if you drop your PowerMac while in the case, iLugger is not responsible for the damage to your equipment.

Standard Return Policy

  • All shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges cannot be processed without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please call us at: 314-856-4014 to receive one. The returned package must be received within 14 business days of the RMA issue date.
  • Refunds for items purchased using free shipping will be refunded the item purchase price less original shipping and handling cost.
  • Claims of damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to be considered valid.
  • iLugger has a 90-Day warranty, wear & tear is not covered
  • When returning a product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.
  • If you wish to exchange your purchase after 30 days, you are responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
  • Returns for credit are only accepted on products returned in new condition with the hang tags still attached and returned in the original box. Products that are returned in less-than-new condition will be returned to you at your expense.
  • Your card will be credited for the price of the bag and any taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping charges. Your credit will appear after iLugger has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure.
  • Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

International Return Policy

  • Same as the Standard Return Policy with the following additional items:
    • If your order was shipped from the USA you must return it by FedEx if you want your VAT taxes refunded.
    • If your order was shipped from our UK warehouse you may return it by any means and your VAT will be refunded.
    • It is recommended that you use a Trackable shipping method.
