Are any of the iLugger cases compatible for airline carry-on?

Due to the constant changes in the requirements and dimensions that different airlines allow, we would ask that you please contact the airline you are planning to use to determine if our bags will qualify as carry-on luggage. We do not recommend that you check the iLugger bag as it is not meant for the rough handling that checked luggage receives. Please feel free to call our support line with any other questions.

Do any of the cases come with wheels for easier travel?

Wheels are not available for the iLugger cases listed on the site. However, we are actively researching this as a possibility for our new releases.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We try to be as accurate as possible when quoting international shipping rates, but please keep in mind the amount of variables that could lead to a shipping rate adjustment. In the rare chance that our quote is incorrect, one of your customer service representatives will contact you with a rate adjustment for your order.

What colors are the cases available in?

Currently, iLugger offers four colors for the cases: Our popular Orange & Black, Blue & Black, Gray & Black and Black. iLugger will unveil additional colors later this year. * The PC and Mac Tower Cases only come in Black.

What is the return policy?

All iLugger cases have a 90-Day warranty which does not cover accidental damage and / or normal wear and tear as determined by iLugger.com. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

What's the difference between the Mid-size Tower and the Larger one?

The mid-size towers accommodates sizes up to: 18" Tall x 8.25" wide x 16.75" Deep. The large tower accommodates dimensions up to: 20.5" Tall x 8.1" Wide x 18.75" Deep.
